ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP MADE SIMPLE
One Fee – Full Access All Year
Wem Angling Club operates on a calendar year basis, with all memberships running from 1st January to 31st December. We offer a variety of membership categories to suit different needs, all at affordable rates – providing full access to both Hawk Lake and the Tilley Pools.
CONCESSION CRITERIA - Who Qualifies?
Concession prices apply to:

Seniors (aged 65 and over)

Disabled anglers (proof may be required)

Local 24-Hour £170.00
Local 24-Hour (Concession) £120.00
Local Day Only £80.00
Local OAP £45.00
Associate Member £190.00
Associate (Concession) £140.00
Juniors Under 15 Free
Juniors Over 15 (Under 18) £15.00
🟢 New members must also pay a one-time joining fee of £40, except for juniors.

Local vs Associate – What’s the Difference?
We have two main categories of membership based on your distance from Wem:
LOCAL MEMBERSHIP
For those living within 10 miles (as the crow flies) of Wem Town Hall.
⚠️ Local membership is limited to 250 members.
ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP
For those living more than 10 miles from Wem Town Hall.
⚠️ Associate membership is limited to 100 members.
There is no limit on membership numbers for residents within 1 mile.
